Horse Betting Rules

The following rules apply to horse racing wagers placed through the SBGGlobal Racebook.

Wager Placement

• Horse racing wagers must be placed at least one minute before the race begins.
• Wagers placed after the start of a race will not be accepted.
• A wager is considered accepted only after the customer receives a confirmation bet number from SBGGlobal.
• Once a wager has been accepted, it cannot be canceled or amended.

Race Results and Account Updates

Official racetrack updates are generally received within 20 minutes to one hour following a race. Customer accounts will be updated accordingly.

Payoffs cannot be determined or issued before the race begins and are subject to confirmation of the official race results.

Scratches and Entries

• A scratched horse without an entry will be considered No Play, and the applicable wager will not have action.
• A wager placed on an entry in a race will remain active.

Postponed or Delayed Races

If a race is postponed or delayed for more than 12 hours, it will be considered No Action, and the applicable wager will be credited back to the customer's account.

Suspended or Amended Race Results

Suspended races, races run under protest, race-result reversals, overturned decisions, or races where the official scoring has been amended will not be recognized for horse betting purposes.

Account and Betting Limits

SBGGlobal reserves the right to impose wagering limits on individual accounts.

Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent established wagering limits is not permitted. If multiple accounts are used for this purpose, the applicable wagers may be declared null and void.

Incorrect Account Credits

Customers are responsible for notifying SBGGlobal of any funds incorrectly credited to their accounts.

Any funds credited in error may be corrected or removed from the account.

Errors and Corrections

SBGGlobal makes every effort to provide accurate and timely racing information. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If incorrect pricing, odds, or racing conditions are posted, SBGGlobal reserves the right to correct the information and settle previously placed wagers using the correct information.
